Prompt and courteous service.

The service writers were kind and kept me informed of the process. I got to meet the technician that worked on my truck his name is Shane he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and make me comfortable with the repairs and maintenance that was performed. Thank you 5 stars all the way through the process. Took multiple visits and many hours wandering around and everyone was kind and courteous. I asked a salesman ( not mine) if he could answer so.e questions about my truck and he was happy to let me interrupt what he was doing at his desk and had the answers right off the top of his head. I didn't catch his name he sat at the desk to the west of the front door. My salesman is Cody if that helps identify him for recognition. Also the young woman at the reception desk always greeted me with a smile and a kind short conversation. Thank you.

Clean, and professional environment

When I needed three replacement tires for my Silverado, Klein Chevrolet tracked down the exact size and tire type to match the one not being changed. They saved me a bunch of money by helping me replace only the 3 and got me scheduled for service quickly. I will be buying all of my vehicle tires from them going forward...thank you Klein Chevrolet great service at a fair price!
