The service writers were kind and kept me informed of the process. I got to meet the technician that worked on my truck his name is Shane he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and make me comfortable with the repairs and maintenance that was performed. Thank you 5 stars all the way through the process. Took multiple visits and many hours wandering around and everyone was kind and courteous. I asked a salesman ( not mine) if he could answer so.e questions about my truck and he was happy to let me interrupt what he was doing at his desk and had the answers right off the top of his head. I didn't catch his name he sat at the desk to the west of the front door. My salesman is Cody if that helps identify him for recognition. Also the young woman at the reception desk always greeted me with a smile and a kind short conversation. Thank you.

The girls at the service department do a great job communicating. They do everything well and treat you with care. They are 5 stars. The fact that I sort of knew that the fuel pump was going out but your service department found nothing wrong when they just checked it out a week ago was just unacceptable. This should be fixed already and I hope it is. I don't want to stop coming here, but between a couple friends with a similar experience and how frustrating this has been, I may look elsewhere.

I called to have my brakes checked and service called and said it was a factory made error (they were junk), so the service rep said there is nothing we can do, without not much of an explanation. I called GM and talked to several people. Because I was just over the mileage of warranty, they would not do anything about it. I picked up the vehicle and a couple days later service called and I took it back in. They called that morning and said the brakes they ordered were wrong, GM sent the same brakes that were on it originally and they would have to reorder. So, I picked up my vehicle and they were ordering different brakes, I also asked them about the window being slow, they were to order a part. I requested also that the oil change and tire rotation was done when it came back. I dropped the car on a Thursday. On Friday they called and said the brakes were done, but they couldn't do the window they had the wrong part. I asked if the oil and tire rotation was done she said yes, I am almost sure. I asked her to check and she came back and said it was not done. I told her to keep the vehicle until it was all done. At that time, I was very frustrated and felt like she really did not have empathy for me or the situation. She called and left a message on Monday that it was done. I picked up on Tuesday and she said that it was done for sure now as I walked in. I paid, thanked her and left. I just felt if I said something at that point, my frustration would have really shown. I just feel it could have been smoother and was not thrilled about the service I received from GM or the dealership. I just want the dealership to know. This is why I left years ago after purchasing a vehicle at Kleins and being nickeled and dimed at that time and being treated not so nice. The service is everything to me and I think each customer needs to really be heard and understood and take the time to help them. Your employees can make or break a business. Thanks for sending this form and I hope I was heard this time.
